Artificial Intelligence Terms

These AI Terms apply to Artificial Intelligence subscriptions, OPL Intelligence, and our AI-powered conversational assistants as offered by MYOPL, a property of StreetLoc Inc. These terms supplement our Terms and Conditions.

Purchases made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are processed and administered by that storefront. The price, trial, renewal date, billing period, cancellation method, and refund rights displayed by the storefront at purchase control if they conflict with these general terms.

1. Nature of Service & AI Disclosure

OPL Intelligence is an AI-powered conversational assistant and image generation tool designed to enhance your social sports experience.

  • AI Providers: By using this service, you acknowledge that OPL Intelligence utilizes third-party large language models and image generation engines (such as Google Gemini) to process queries and generate content.
  • Content Variability: You understand that AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive information. All “Rules Lawyer” outputs should be verified against official league rulebooks.

2. Data Privacy & AI Processing

To provide personalized support and community insights, OPL Intelligence may process your user data.

  • Consent: By initiating a chat with OPL Intelligence, you grant explicit consent for your input text and relevant profile data to be shared with third-party AI processors for the sole purpose of generating a response.
  • Data Usage: MYOPL does not use your private personal messages for training proprietary AI models without further explicit opt-in.
  • Control: Users can manage or limit AI data access within the Privacy Settings of the MYOPL app at any time.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

To comply with global safety standards, users are strictly prohibited from using OPL Intelligence to generate:

  • Harmful Content: Material that encourages violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
  • Deceptive Content: Non-consensual deepfakes, misleading election information, or official documentation intended for dishonest behavior.
  • Offensive Material: Discriminatory, overtly sexual, or pornographic content, as well as content that facilitates bullying or harassment.
  • Inappropriate Imagery: Any image generation that exploits or depicts minors in a harmful or sexualized manner will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • No Scraping or Re-export: Data extracted via OPL Intelligence must be consumed on a real-time, per-query basis. Bulk exporting, parsing, offline harvesting, index-caching, or cross-database replication of MYOPL datasets is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition on Model Training: You explicitly agree that you will not, and will not yourself or allow anyone else to, use MYOPL proprietary data, OPL Ratings, text payloads, or match metrics to train, fine-tune, validate, or improve any external machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), or competitive rating algorithms.
  • MYOPL Data Ownership: All data surfaced through OPL Intelligence—including but not limited to OPL Ratings, singles/doubles reliability telemetry, league leaderboards, spatial facility markers, and match results—remains the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of MYOPL.

4. Subscription Tiers & AI Credits

  • MYOPL Plus Tier: Includes a fixed annual allotment of 350 AI credits. Unused credits expire at the end of each annual billing cycle.
  • MYOPL Elite Tier: Includes a monthly allotment of 200 AI credits (queries). Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the following month.
  • AI Top-ups: Individual credit packs purchased as one-time in-app purchases do not expire as long as the account remains active.
  • Transparency: All pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions are clearly displayed prior to any purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

MYOPL, its parent company StreetLoc Inc., and its AI providers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure. Users are responsible for all content they generate and share within the MYOPL ecosystem.
