What is the MYOPL Pickleball Scorekeeper?

The MYOPL score workflow records the participants and final score of a completed match, then sends a score card for confirmation. A proposed score becomes part of the recorded and rated history only after the required participant confirmation threshold is met.

What the release introduced

The original release presented scorekeeping as the connection between everyday pickleball matches, match history, local standings, and OPL Ratings. Its central idea remains current: recreational results can become useful evidence when the participants and final score are recorded accurately.

Current product workflow

  1. Open the relevant joined Court, Club, or OPL conversation.
  2. Open New Match.
  3. Choose the actual participants and format.
  4. Enter the completed game scores.
  5. Save to create the score proposal.
  6. Allow the other participants to review and confirm the result.

What confirmation protects

  • The proposed participants are the people who played.
  • The score represents the completed match.
  • A mistaken or disputed proposal is not treated as unquestioned evidence.
  • The result retains its Court, Club, or OPL context where supplied.
