Your Controls & Privacy
- Granular off switch: Enable or disable Core AI Assistant and advanced modules in Settings at any time.
- Context isolation: Direct chats remain private; @opl only activates when explicitly summoned into a conversation.
- Data hygiene: We never train on or request sensitive account details, payment credentials, or passwords.
Where the Assistant Steps Back
- Official & sanctioned rulings: AI answers provide instant reference, but on-court referees and tournament directors always have the final call.
- Health & safety: Medical concerns, injuries, and emergencies belong to professionals and emergency services—never a chat interface.
- Support & accounts: Billing, security, and account escalations route directly to MYOPL Support.
- Zero rule bleed: Rule packages remain strictly siloed. The assistant will never mix pickleball, tennis, or squash regulations to improvise an answer.
