Organize
Stop guessing how many people are actually coming.
Nobody likes showing up to an empty court, and nobody likes overbooking one either. OPL Events give you a real number to plan around instead of a hunch.
A response is a signal, not a promise
Going means someone plans to be there — not that they have checked in or paid. Maybe keeps things honest instead of forcing a yes. No tells you they saw it and are sitting this one out. When there are multiple time slots, each one keeps its own count.
What each side sees
Everyone sees the Going, Maybe, and No counts on the Event. Organizers get an additional Who’s Going view for planning.
Making the most of it
- Post changes in the same OPL chat as the Event.
- Treat the count as a planning tool, not a headcount guarantee.
- Only add multiple time slots when people genuinely have a choice.
- Keep your cancellation and weather calls in the same conversation.
