Payment Terms

These Payment Terms apply to digital subscriptions, paid features, and gift certificates offered by MYOPL, a property of StreetLoc Inc., a Delaware company. They supplement our Terms and Conditions.

Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are processed and administered by that storefront. The price, trial, renewal date, billing period, cancellation method, and refund rights displayed by the storefront at purchase control if they conflict with these general terms.

1. Payment authorization

When you start a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you selected for the displayed amount, including applicable taxes and fees. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information. Access to a paid feature may be suspended if a payment fails, is reversed, or expires.

2. Mobile app subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased in the MYOPL mobile app are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Before confirming a purchase, the app and storefront display the subscription title, duration, localized price, billing period, and any available introductory offer.

Payment is charged to your storefront account when you confirm the purchase.
If a free trial or introductory offer applies, the displayed subscription price is charged automatically when that offer ends unless you cancel within the storefront's stated cancellation period.
The subscription renews automatically for the displayed billing period unless you cancel through your Apple or Google subscription settings before renewal.
You can manage or cancel the subscription and request any available refund through the storefront that processed the purchase.
MYOPL does not receive your complete Apple or Google payment-card number.

3. Direct website purchases

A purchase made directly on a MYOPL website is processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. The checkout screen will display the applicable currency, total price, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions before you authorize the charge. Direct subscriptions renew at the beginning of each displayed subscription period until canceled.

4. Trials and introductory offers

Eligibility and duration are determined by the offer shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the displayed deadline, your payment method will be charged the disclosed subscription price when the offer ends, and the subscription will continue to renew for the disclosed billing period.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Canceling stops future renewals but ordinarily does not remove access already paid for. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and the policy of the provider that processed the payment. Apple and Google purchases must be managed through their respective storefronts. For a direct MYOPL website charge that you believe is incorrect, contact MYOPL promptly through our support page.

6. Gift certificates

When offered, MYOPL gift certificates may be redeemed only for eligible products identified at purchase or redemption. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable except where required by law. Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced. Gift certificate sales are final, and an additional payment method may be required when a purchase exceeds the certificate balance.

MYOPL may reject or deactivate a certificate associated with fraud, unauthorized resale, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these terms. Certificates obtained from unauthorized sellers may not be honored.

7. Taxes and currency conversion

Applicable taxes may be added or included as required by law. If currency conversion is required, the payment provider or storefront may apply its current exchange rate and fees.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Payment Terms to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The revision date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated when required by law. Changes to an existing subscription price or renewal are also subject to the notice and consent rules of the applicable storefront or payment provider.

9. Related policies

These Payment Terms should be read with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. For mobile subscriptions, Apple's or Google's applicable purchase terms also apply.
