Supported Sports
One sport today. More on the way.
Every sport plays by its own rules—so should its scoring engine.
Pickleball is live in production today. Tennis, platform tennis, badminton, racquetball, squash, and table tennis are being built with the exact same standard: dedicated scoring engines, sport-specific facility management, and independent ratings, rather than stretching a single generic form across seven sports.

Why a Sport is More Than a Score Selector
- Facility-Sport Relationships: A club or court complex may host multiple sports, but each sport requires its own court rules, operating hours, local contacts, and administrators. MYOPL links these details to the specific facility-sport pair rather than flattening them into one generic profile.
- Isolated Browsing & Discovery: Switching your active sport filter updates discovery and match creation without disrupting your existing groups. A player can browse tennis events while keeping active pickleball conversations open and accessible.
- Contextual Match Telemetry: Matches initiated from a sport-specific court or club automatically inherit that sport's scoring logic and verification parameters.
Prerequisites for General Release
- Server-Side Enforcement: Strict API authorization ensuring only verified sport pipelines accept match telemetry.
- Sport-Specific Administration: Independent club, court, and competition management for each discipline.
- Validated Score Submission: Robust client- and server-side validation matching the sport's exact set/game structure.
- Isolated Data Graphs: Completely segregated match storage, rating engines, reliability scores, and leaderboards.
- Cited Rule Documentation: Fully indexed, verified rule packages integrated with OPL Intelligence.
- Staged Rollouts: Methodical release validation to ensure rock-solid stability before general availability.
